Change

Change

Change is something we face every day. Whether it’s in our daily routine or a change that impacts our health, change affects us to one degree or another. We are aware of some of the changes and actively initiate them, for instance a change in career. For other changes we may not even be aware that they are occuring, such as the shift in functioning between the frontal and occipital cortex areas of our brains as we grow older. But change does happen and is unavoidable.
